After 13 years of ministry in 1st and 2nd generation Korean American churches in the Midwest and East Coast, Rich sensed the calling of God to join the pastoral staff of King's Park in 2004, where he met his wife, Merridith.  Their passion has been to provide leadership for aXcess, King's Park's ministry for single adults and newlywed couples. It is their hearts' desire to see singles and newlyweds enter into life-giving community, experience personal growth & development, and extend themselves in meaningful service.  

Rich is a graduate of Northwestern University, the University of Illinois (Chicago), and Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, where he completed his Master of Divinity degree.  Merridith is an alumna of the University of North Carolina (Chapel Hill) where she completed both undergraduate and graduate degrees.  They enjoy traveling, entertaining, music, films, and playing with their sons, Aidan and Jonathan.
