FEBRUARY
This Spring ENLI Bible Courses
- Join us for a 2nd trimester of personal and spiritual growth through
ENLI! This trimester includes the following classes: Discipleship,
Apologetics, Holy Spirit Baptism & Gifts, Hermaneutics, and Spritiual
Disciplines. There is a $50 fee to participate in all five of the ENLI
courses. You may also pay per class. The rates per class vary and are

Upcoming Classes: Jan 18 - Feb 8 Explore Discipleship
with Reggie Roberson ($15 fee)
Feb 15 - March 14 Learn about Apologetics
with Chris Berg ($20 fee) - Examine topics such as: a historical defense
of the Scriptures and their authoritative accuracy, a strong defense of
Creation vs Evolution, a critical comparison of Christianity vs other
cults & religions, and other thoughtful issues that pertain to a
reasoned defense of the Christian faith.
March 21 - April 4 Explore
the Holy Spirit - Review the Person & Ministry of the Holy
Spirit, a biblical defense for the baptism of the Holy Spirit, and a
study of the practical manifestation of the gifts of the Holy Spirit.
April
11 - April 25 Understand Hermaneutics - Examine the principles
& rules of the proper interpretation of Scripture. This course provides
the means by which Christians can increase their practical discernment
as to the accuracy and application of whatever preaching & teaching &
bible study they are exposed to.
February 3 & 17 Youth Pastors
Meet and Greet - Hey Parents! You are invited for coffee and
dessert, as you meet other parents, get to know the new youth pastors,
and as the new youth pastors get to know you! Please come out Feb 3 at
7:30pm in Cary or Feb 17 at 7pm in Durham. Please RSVP to

February 4 iMix Party - iMIX
is hosting a party, themed "God's Love In Any Language", for
international students and scholars! To carryout this event iMix needs
your help! iMix is looking for 90 volunteers to commit to, praying,
providing transportation, serving food, or hosting a table at the event.
Volunteering is a great way to build meaningful friendships with
internationals, so that after the iMIX Party, you can invite them to
your home, a Bible Study, a tour, or other iMIX events that will
continue to reach them with the love of Christ. Please RSVP to
imix@kpic.org to volunteer and plan to attend the volunteer meeting Jan
29 at 12pm.

Better Marriage - The 2012 Marriage Weekend will host couples from
across the Triangle in a weekend of laughs, great fun and dialogue with

Purpose ministry would like to invite Ladies and Gentleman to an
afternoon of enjoying each others company for lunch and entertaining
movie on Sunday, February 12, at 12 pm at Tyler's Taproom at American

February 17 Campus Valentine's
Day Ball - Join college students from around the triangle for the
annual Campus Valentine's Day Ball, February 17 at 7pm in the Fellowship
Hall. It will be a night of laughing, dancing, and great food! The cost
is only $15! Please contact your campus minsters for more details!
February 18 Winter Women's Brunch
-Ladies of King's Park! The annual Women's Brunch themed, "These are a
Few of My Favorite Things", will be Saturday, Feb 18 from 9am - 11am in
the fellowship hall! You do not want to miss this! Join women from
around the triangle as we laugh, learn, and converse over delicious
home-cooked meals. There is no registration for the event; however,
please reserve childcare if you need it! All ladies are asked to bring a
covered dish and one of your "favorite things" for a gift swap. These
can be a favorite lip gloss, treat with the recipe, a book, etc. We
hope to see you there!

March 14- May 2 Cleansing Stream
- Discover God's passion for you as you learn how to walk in the Spirit,
commit everything to God, speak Words of life, and enter God's Cleansing
Stream! Join us for a nine-week teaching series with small
group/personal study and weekend retreat. We will explore Biblical
truths and practical skills to bring you into the freedom, healing, and
restoration that is available through a relationship with Jesus Christ.
You can register throughout the month of February after church in the
South Lobby. Childcare is available upon request. More information to
come!
